A message regarding COVID-19 from Apal Roofing Company
We have been monitoring the Coronavirus carefully and, prior to the increase in cases, we began taking precautions. This includes the use of 70% alcohol-based hand sanitizer, limiting physical contact (ie handshaking), sterilizing vehicles, etc.
As always, we take our role in the community seriously and make every effort to ensure our clients are safe. We are thankful for the opportunity to present an estimate for your roofing work.
To alleviate concerns, we’d like to reassure you with the following.
1.) We will access the roof with our own ladders from the outside of your home. Should we need access to your padlocked roof ladder or attic space, our estimator will call you at the number you originally provided.
2.) Physical contact with our estimator is not necessary. Of course, we’re happy to wave at you. After we assess your roof, we will send a proposal and/or digital media to you electronically.
3.) We will discuss the inspection and estimate via a virtual face-to-face meeting using Facetime or Zoom. Any paperwork that needs to be signed will be done so virtually using DocuSign.
4.) You’ll hear our estimator walking on the roof. It’s a quick but thorough process and shouldn’t disrupt your work-at-home. If you want your estimate rescheduled, please call our office.
5.) As always, if an estimator is ill, they will be asked to stay home and get well. We ask for your patience and understanding in case an appointment must be rescheduled.
We thank you in advance for your patience during this most challenging and unprecedented time.
